All return shipping costs, customs duties, and other related fees are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.
Final sale, made-to-order, and personalized items are not eligible for return or refund except where required by law.

Please note that for returned items that are not faulty, a handling and restocking fee of 20% may be deducted from the refund amount to cover material sourcing, preparation, and administrative costs associated with made-to-order production.
