Shipping policy
At Ellitàne, your order is our highest priority. Every piece is crafted to order by skilled artisans in our European workshop and shipped worldwide with the utmost care.
Order Processing & Production
- All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Most items are ready to ship within 2–8 business days after your order is placed. In rare cases, production may take up to 10 business days, depending on order volume or material availability.
- Orders placed after 12:00 (noon) EET will be processed the next business day.
Ellitàne pieces are individually made in our atelier, ensuring every detail meets our high standards.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
- We ship globally using trusted couriers depending on your location.
- At checkout, available shipping methods and estimated delivery times for your address will be displayed.
Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update.

Shipping Fees
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and service selected.
- Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct; we cannot be responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are not included in the product or shipping price.
- The recipient is responsible for all such charges. Please check your country’s regulations prior to ordering.
Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages
- If a package is returned due to incorrect address, non-collection, or refusal to pay customs charges, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs and any related fees.
- If you cancel your order, original shipping fees and return shipping charges will be deducted from any refund.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, or there is a delivery issue, please contact us within 12 hours and include clear photos of the item and package.
- We will assist in contacting the courier. Ellitàne is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after dispatch.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to PO boxes, military addresses, or restricted countries due to carrier limitations or regulations.
- Please contact us if unsure whether we can deliver to your location.
Force Majeure
- Ellitàne is not liable for delays due to causes beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, or government actions.
