Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted from all countries.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery (14 days for EU customers where required by law). Initiated means that the parcel must be shipped back within this timeframe and a valid tracking number must be provided to us by email (the delivery date is considered day 1. Without a tracking number submitted within the required timeframe, the return cannot be accepted.

  • No returns accepted for lingerie, swimwear, earrings, beauty/personal care items, or gift cards.

  • Made-to-order and personalized items are not eligible unless faulty.

  • Items with signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.

  • Items purchased with a discount of 20% or more are classified as Final Sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.


How to Start a Return

Please email us at care@ellitane.com within the return period, including your order number and reason for return.

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Once approved, we will send detailed instructions and a return address.


Return Shipping & Costs

  • All return shipping costs, duties, and fees are the customer's responsibility.

  • If your return shipment incurs import duties, taxes, or clearance fees, these charges will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • We recommend marking your package as “Returned Goods” to minimize potential customs charges, but we cannot guarantee exemption.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Ellitáne is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.

  • No refund will be issued until the returned item is received.

Handling & Restocking Fee: For returned items or cancelled orders that are not due to a product fault, a handling and restocking fee of 20% may be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers material sourcing, preparation, and administrative costs associated with made-to-order production.


Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after item inspection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless required by law.

  • Returns that don’t meet the conditions will be sent back and not refunded.


Exchanges / Store Credit

  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

  • If you want a different item, return the original and place a new order.

  • Store credit may be offered upon request as an alternative to a refund.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 12 hours of delivery.

  • Include clear photos of both the item and its packaging.

  • Claims made after this period may not be eligible for compensation.

  • We’ll assist you in resolving the issue as swiftly as possible.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at care@ellitane.com.

  • After 24 hours, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible.

  • If you still wish to withdraw your order, you may initiate a return process after receiving the item, following our return policy.

  • For cancellations or returns, a 20% handling and restocking fee may apply.


Additional Notes

  • All duties, customs, and taxes on returned merchandise are borne by the customer and, if charged to Ellitàne, will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.

  • Ellitàne reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these terms.


Legal Notes & EU Cooling-Off Period

For EU customers, a 14-day cooling-off period applies by law. You may return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided all other conditions above are met.
