Data Deletion Instructions

If you signed in to Ellitáne with Facebook and want to request deletion of your Ellitáne customer account and associated personal data, email care@ellitane.com with the subject Data deletion request. Send the request from the email address associated with your Ellitáne account, and tell us if you used a different email address for Facebook. Please do not send your password or payment card details.

We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will review it and confirm the outcome by email. Some information may need to be retained where required by law, including accounting and regulatory records, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disconnecting Ellitáne from your Facebook account does not itself submit a deletion request to Ellitáne. You can also contact us through our Contact page.
